Beaulieu - block A

A new street (rue du Général de la Bollardière) will be built between the new Bras de la Madeleine bridge and the Boulevard Alexandre Millerand, on a 2 hectare brownfield site. On either side of the new boulevard, real estate developments will be built, either in a park and served by new streets. These developments will complete the eastern part of this district.

Block A contains 36 social rent apartments from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom. The contracting owner SNI and the designer Philippe Madec were committed to creating a building meeting the standards of Low Consumption Buildings. The Beaulieu Block A development receives funding from the European Commission for its energy efficiency, under the Act2 Project of the Concerto Initiative.
