Beaulieu - block B

A new street (rue du Général de la Bollardière) will be built between the new Bras de la Madeleine bridge and the Boulevard Alexandre Millerand, on a 2 hectare brownfield site. On either side of the new boulevard, real estate developments will be built, either in a park and served by new streets. These developments will complete the eastern part of this district.

Block B, owned by Entreprise Social pour l'Habitat SAMO and designed by Clémént Gillet, will contain 43 social rent apartments. It will be a Low Consumption Building.

The Beaulieu Block B development receives funding from the European Commission for its energy efficiency, under the act2 Project of the Concerto Initiative.
