A new street (rue du Général de la Bollardière) will be built between the new Bras de la Madeleine bridge and the Boulevard Alexandre Millerand, on a 2 hectare brownfield site. On either side of the new boulevard, real estate developments will be built, either in a park and served by new streets. These developments will complete the eastern part of this district.Block E1 will contain roughly 93 apartments for first-time homebuyers and 24 social rent apartments managed by Nantes Habitat.
