Ehundura

Initiated by the strategic design and marketing firm Moswo and the Avoxa legal firm, the development is managed by the Leibar and Seigneurin agency.

The project also calls for the creation of a panoramic restaurant on the top floor.

The Ehundura building provides a two-fold opportunity for Moswo and Avoxa.

For one, the location on the former Alstom site is in the middle of the creative arts district and near the courthouse and the Lawyers' Centre.

And by occupying the same building, they will also be able to take advantage of the synergies between their two practices.

They chose the Leibar and Seigneurin agency because they share the same commitment to quality and elegance. Entirely clad in stone, Ehundura, which means texture in Basque, will also feature a panoramic restaurant on the top floor.

Built by the developer Ren Investissements, this building should be completed by summer 2011.
