Euréka - Media Cluster
Designed by the agency Lipsky & Rollet, the Euréka building will be an integral part of the dynamic energy in the creative arts district. Strategically located across from the Shipyards Park, Euréka is a signature building visible from the banks of the Loire, marking the entrance to the future creative arts district.
The Eureka building will feature a studio on the ground floor to allow the two local television stations, previsouly housed in the Alstom warehouses, to set up permanent operations at the site.
The newspaper Presse Océan also plans to move into the building, suggesting the idea of a genuine media cluster.
