68 apartments and 4 individual homes, professional space and restaurant on the ground floor.
On the banks of the Loire, this is one of the first developments in the Ile de Nantes project. The aim was to create an attractive residential setting, with large apartments overlooking the Loire and the city centre. The four buildings feature restaurants and shops on the ground floor. One of the buildings was sold to Nantes Habitat and financed as social rent housing.
