Ilots Pelloutier
Public space development, rehabilitation and new developments
The Ilots Pelloutier are composed essentially of double lots that run from street to street. As an extension of the public space development on the former Alstom site, these developments reinforce the road system by creating footpaths, passages and streets promoting "soft" circulation options and serving the local area.
Renovations and new developments increase the housing stock and provide new commercial real estate to fit in seamlessly with the existing neighbourhood.
