Le Rhuys
Office building and regional headquarters of the newspaper Ouest France. On the site of a former warehouse, on the banks of the Loire, this development is emblematic of the urban renewal in the Ile de Nantes and the area's economic appeal. Ouest France chose the site in 2001 with the firm belief that area would become part of the new enlarged city centre. The development features two buildings arranged in an L shape around a new pedestrian path providing access to the Loire. This arrangements provides good views of the river from many of the offices.
