Expansion /rehabilitation of the Port-Beaulieu Young Workers Foyer, in the Fonderies disctrict.

This renovation is a complex densification operation, with the demolition and construction of several buildings and rehabilitation of the former site.

A new block has been defined around the building that has been preserved, delimited by public spaces all around it. New constructions will be built adjacent to this building, or on the sites of demolished buildings.

Renovation work has begun with the construction of 2 buildings, Le Semaphore and Les Forges.

The new building has 7 floors of social rent accommodations.
