Office development in the Creative Arts District
The project supported by OCDL Groupe Giboire is open to all those in the creative arts industries, and in 2011 will become a key component of this up-and-coming district.
Designed by the agency Lipsky & Rollet, the Eureka building is part of the dynamic Creative Arts District. Strategically located across from the Shipyards Park, on the corner of Boulevard Léon Blum and rue La Noue Bras de Fer, Eureka is a flagship building, visible from the Loire riverside, signalling the entrance to the future Creative Arts District.
