This first block of the site formerly occupied by the Calberson Trucking Company, located on Boulevard de la Prairie au Duc, includes a number of diverse developments, with apartments, student housing and shops on the ground floor. The project is located near the former State railway station converted into the Trade Union Centre. The student housing is managed by the CROUS (Centre Régional des Oeuvres Universitaires et Scolaires) and offers affordable housing for students in the city centre.
