This former Alstom warehouse has been converted into a business incubator for biotech companies (chemistry, biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology, gene therapy, etc.).

The designers made good use of the concrete structure of the former industrial building. “Technical boxes” outfitted for each company were placed on the ground floor and mezzanine level, providing a large common space with an atrium and glass ceiling.
