This development consists of 122 apartments, including 31 social rent apartments owned by Foncière Logement, and commercial space on the ground floor.

This project completes the urban diversity of the Quai François Mitterrand, with buildings in a variety of heights and sizes and a new apartment building that echoes the dimensions of the pre-existing hangar.

The four complexes are arranged around a landscaped esplanade at the centre of the block. This large lot now features small squares and alleyways providing multiple views and access to the Loire.
