In 2003, the regional construction and real estate development company set up their offices in the wooden hangars, through a subtle rehabilitation / repurposing operation featuring noble materials such as wood, galvanized steel and zinc. The new offices are arranged around a patio that reveals the framing structure of the building.
Following this first phase, the Group decided to undertake further reconfiguration of this site that is emblematic of the Island’s industrial past. The project will include additional spaces for the businesses, a few apartments and a visual arts school as part of the Creative Arts District.
