This symbolic development houses the Nantes Bar Association as well as a corporate day care centre on the top floor.

Built using the metal structure of the former Hall 12 of Alstom, this singular project combines rehabilitation and new construction on a redeveloped industrial site. The conversion features an industrial style and a contemporary image. The frame was conserved and clad with a new translucent polycarbonate skin that contrasts with the Courthouse and creates a play of light. The reception area overlooks a huge atrium that rises up through all five floors. The unique design makes this building a new landmark on the Ile de Nantes. The first floor is open to the public and hosts various exhibits.
