On this lot located near the commercial area of Place Mangin and the tramway, Harmonie Habitat is rebuilding an 84-room nursing home for the Maison de Retraite Protestante.
There will also be a 147-studio student residence, on the eastern portion of the lot. On rue Louis Marin, Bouygues Immobilier is building an apartment building with 48 one- and two-bedroom units.
This will be a low energy consumption development.
