Located on Place François II, the Monte Cristo development will be a 158-room student residence. This new development should be delivered in summer 2012.

The design by Garo Boixel calls for a series of new buildings around an inner courtyard. The lower building, typical of the architecture around Place François II, will be renovated and repurposed to participate in the urban renewal of the neighbourhood.
