This residence will comprise 50 social rent apartments, from 1 to 4 bedroom, as well as a centre for young disabled people managed by SEHA.

The centre will offer activity rooms, a restaurant, a psychomotricity room, a multi-sensory room and a pool.

The development will consist of two buildings:

• The first, standing parallel to Boulevard Vincent Gâche in line with the recently constructed buildings, will rise 8 levels above the ground floor.
• The second, 5-floor building will be oriented east-west and open onto the Foundries Garden.

Energy consumption of less than 50 kwh/m2/year will be targeted. The development will be connected to the district heating network and will have reinforced insulation.
