The existing building of 23 social housing units is being renovated.
A new building consisting of 27 social housing units is being built along Boulevard Victor Hugo as well as apartments with shops on the ground floor along avenue Bourgault Ducoudray.

There will be a private garden to the south, connected to a pedestrian path along the railway line.
