ADI office extension
In 2003, ADI renovated a former industrial warehouse located to the west of the Courthouse, creating 700 sq. m of office space. As owner of the site, ADI decided to continue repurposing the industrial heritage.
The renovation project combines preservation of the existing, reconfiguration and new constructions.
An inner courtyard was built to free up views of the site’s emblematic furnace, which was conserved. The development includes office space for ADI, apartments, and a School for Visual Creation.
