Avril and Fiteau House
Renovation of an old house on the Quai François Mitterrand
The Avril & Fiteau house is a 19th century manor house. It belonged to Eugène Avril and Gustave Fiteau, founders of a fertilizer plant that was located to the south, on rue Lanoue Bras de Fer. It is a Directoire style house, made of wood with a central elevation at the roof ridge, and a brick fireplace encircled with iron bands, which was conserved in the ADI office development. The Promogim development fully restored the house and created 600 sq. m of office space.
