The Zero Newton Project (previously called Icone) is an office and business complex for companies in the cultural and creative industries, with an art gallery on the ground floor. On land formerly occupied by Alstom (Place Albert Camus), the project is part of the Creative District.
The 9-storey complex will consist of a ground floor around a patio comprising shops and businesses (art gallery, restaurant), with a tower rising above, totalling 2,364 sq. m of office space for businesses.
The patio will feature a tree surrounded by other plants that passers-by can admire from Place Albert Camus. The roof of the ground floor will also be landscaped with plants, forming an urban garden visible to the occupants of the tower and surrounding buildings.
