Managed by the Creative District Cluster, this creative building is dedicated to audio-visual, media and transmedia businesses. This business centre has a capacity of 120 workstations and includes 25 private offices, shared meeting rooms, project workshops, and open-spaces available for monthly rental...
A call for expressions of interest was launched by the Creative District Cluster during the first quarter of 2016, and the site is scheduled to open to tenants in March/April 2016.
The Drodelot Agency is coordinating the project and Bigre won the call for tender launched by Samoa to carry out the interior development work. This building will also be home to usage experiments co-produced by the Cluster, the School of Design (Connected Environments Chair) and the Art&Technology Laboratory of Stereolux.
