The 5 Ponts Project is a complex real estate development, focusing on the problem of daytime and overnight shelters for homeless people.
Initially proposed by the association Les Eaux Vives, it offers a daytime drop-in centre and overnight shelter (40 beds) for homeless people, a social restaurant open to everyone, an Emmaüs store, as well as social, affordable and open market apartments.
The project also calls for an urban garden on the roof in order to develop farming in the city.
This project is supported by the City of Nantes, the Métropole and the European Union.
